Sydney delivery · Tuesday—Sunday

Our kitchen

Made by hands,
not machines.

Morrow started as one bench, one oven and a stubborn idea: western patisserie with the balance and restraint of the desserts we grew up with. It still works that way — just with a slightly bigger bench.

Made by hands,

Order to doorstep

Four steps, one day.

  1. 01

    Order closes

Orders for each delivery day close the evening before. Nothing is baked on spec, so nothing sits in a fridge waiting.

  2. 02

    The morning bake

Sponges, shells and creams are made from scratch that morning — small batches, one flavour at a time.

  3. 03

    Finished by hand

Every cake is layered, masked and decorated by a person, not a production line. No two are pixel-identical, and that is the point.

  4. 04

    Out the door

Boxed, chilled and driven across Sydney the same day. Your dessert has never seen a freezer.

Lighter, not less

Balanced sweetness borrowed from Asian patisserie — you can finish a slice and want another.

Season-led

The menu bends to what Sydney's growers are proud of that month, not the other way round.

Small on purpose

We cap each day's orders so the last cake out is as good as the first.

A dessert should be the easiest yes of your week.
